    I’ve almost finished the lab pup…. Still have trouble with adding the top coat… I think I wait too long to add color to the core structure, which looks total finished, just no color…
    Need a tutorialšŸ˜‰

  3. Thanks so much for your kind words on my corgi and sheltie! The corgi is two inches at the shoulder. The core is a rough form with no detailing. Use your top fiber to make the fur and detailing. If you add details to the core, you are just wasting your time as they will be all covered up with your finish layer of wool. I do spend a lot of time on the core, but that is because I am felting around an armature and I need firm wool to insert the outer layers into….but not too firm or you can’t pose your sculpture.
