I’m not sure how I found your site, but I am so impressed by your lovely animals, especially the Puli — a dear friend of mine’s best friend was the most beautiful, sweetest dog I’ve ever met.

From there I wandered to your blog and decided to try my hand at a pumpkin. I’ve had needles and wool from a craft trade for 4+ years, but had never touched them.

He’s a Cinderella pumpkin, of course, all dressed up for the big day.

I’m going to try a sugar skull next. Thank you for the inspiration!



  1. This is very cute! I love how you used yellow for the eyes, nose and mouth — it looks like it’s glowing! Be sure to post pictures of your skull when you get it done I’m sure it will be every bit as creative!
